INCOME TAX RETURNS at NO COST for 901
LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS through WCAC’s
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program
generating $1,403,000 in RETURNS to the
community. The average return was $1,864.
→ 447 INDIVIDUALS experiencing economic
hardship received community resource
navigation, consultations or COACHING from
WCAC’s FINANCIAL EMPOWERMENT Coaches.
→ 26 INDIVIDUALS enrolled in a new GUARANTEED
BASIC INCOME pilot.
→ 30 CLIENTS utilized a ZERO-INTEREST LOAN of
$600 via Axuda.
