Financial Empowerment

 

In working towards advancing our mission of “moving people to economic self-sufficiency”, WCAC offers programming intended to educate, empower and connect people to financial opportunities and support them to reach their self-identified goals. Programs, operating collaboratively as the agency’s Resiliency Center, include:  One-on-One Financial Coaching, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), Mobility Mentoring and BankOn Worcester County. Our staff has certifications in Financial Social Work, Credit as an Asset, Your Money Your Goals, and IRS Tax Preparation.
